The reason for setting a reserve price on your items is so you don’t get less money than you want for an item that you’re selling on eBay. Makes sense that if you pay $50 dollars for an item and you start the bidding at $9.95, you don’t want to sell that item for $20 and take a loss of $30+ on this item.
